Job Title: Costco Lead Generator

At 360 Comfort Systems, we're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads and driving sales growth in our partner retail locations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with potential clients in our retail locations, educating them about our home comfort solutions and generating interest in our products and services.
  • Pre-qualify potential clients and generate them as potential leads, growing our Home Comfort Advisers pipeline and supporting our sales targets.
  • Support our Retail Partners marketing campaigns and initiatives.

  • You have a team player attitude with an outgoing personality that enjoys working with people.
  • You are a sales-driven individual who is motivated by performance-based incentives and bonuses.
