We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Supervisor to join our team at Fed Finance. As a leading recruitment agency specializing in accounting and finance professions, we are committed to delivering exceptional service to our clients.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and supervising the payroll department, ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll for over 600 employees. This includes unionized, non-unionized, and CCQ employees.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Payroll Management: Oversee the payroll department, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and laws.
  • Payroll Processing: Manage the processing of payroll for over 600 employees, including unionized, non-unionized, and CCQ employees.
  • CCQ Reports and Remittances: Manage CCQ reports and remittances, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
  • Month-End Remittances: Process month-end remittances, DAS, and CNESST.
  • Process Improvements: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and internal controls.
  • T4 Remittances and Statements: Process T4 remittances and statements.

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • Experience in the Construction Industry: A minimum of [X] years of experience in the construction industry is required.
