We're looking for an experienced Drywall Installer and Finisher who shares our passion for delivering top-notch results. If you have a keen eye for detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to excellence, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Measure, cut, and install drywall panels for walls and ceilings with precision.
  2. Apply tape, joint compound, and sanding techniques to achieve smooth, professional finishes.
  3. Patch damaged drywall with precision to match existing finishes.
  4. Collaborate with other trades to maintain project flow and alignment.
  5. Address common challenges like uneven surfaces or material adjustments efficiently.
What We Offer

At Helio Urban Developments, we believe in compensating our team members fairly and above industry standards. Our compensation structure includes:

  • Base Pay: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
  • Bonuses: Quality, Timeliness, Compliance, and Cost Awareness incentives.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in drywall installation and finishing.
  • Strong knowledge of drywall products, tools, and materials.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with construction software and digital reporting tools.
