We are seeking a skilled Structural Assembler to join our team at beBee Professionals in Sydney. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling and repairing metal structures and components.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate assembly.
  • Assemble and repair metal structures and components using various techniques (e.g., MIG, TIG, arc).
  • Inspect finished work to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards.
  • Maintain assembly equipment and tools in good condition to ensure efficient production.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure project completion and meet deadlines.
Requirements:
  • Completion of a structural assembly program or apprenticeship.
  • Certification in structural assembly techniques (e.g., AWS, CWB).
  • Previous experience as a structural assembler in a manufacturing or construction setting.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality control to ensure accurate assembly.
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment with regular exposure to metal dust and fumes.
