About the Role

  • Assist customers in finding products, resolve issues efficiently, and provide a seamless shopping experience.
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels by completing merchandise recovery and restocking duties promptly.
  • Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram implementation to ensure efficient product placement.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Prior retail or customer-facing experience is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to lift heavy boxes (up to 50 lbs) and navigate warehouse environments.
  • Adaptability and flexibility to work varied shifts, including early mornings, nights, and weekends.
  • Able to multitask, manage competing priorities, and work effectively under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
