As a critical member of the Philanthropy team, the Associate, Personalized Donor Stewardship provides administrative leadership and stewardship support to senior members of the team. This includes maintaining filing systems, preparing invoices, scheduling meetings, and drafting correspondence.
Main Responsibilities:- Provide stewardship support to senior members of the Philanthropy Team.
- Develop and implement individual stewardship plans to strengthen relationships with key donors.
- Coordinate and execute on stewardship activities, including personalized recognition celebrations and tours.
- Maintain tracking systems for stewardship projects and prepare written materials that support donor activity.
This role requires excellent communication skills, strong writing skills, and a high level of professionalism. The successful candidate will also have experience working with senior professional fundraising staff and proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
