  • Clean and Prepare Meats

Clean meats to prepare them for processing or cutting, ensuring a high level of quality and food safety.

Cut and Trim Meats

Cut, trim, and prepare standard cuts of meat to meet customer demands and maintain a visually appealing display.

Wrap and Package Meats

Wrap and package prepared meats in a clean and efficient manner, adhering to company standards and regulations.

Remove Bones and Weigh Meats

Remove bones from meat and weigh meats for sale, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.

Cut Poultry and Grind Meats

Cut poultry into parts and grind meats as needed, maintaining a high level of quality and food safety.

Train and Develop Team Members

Train and develop meat cutters and other team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.

Work Term and Hours

This is a permanent position, working 30 hours per week.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

Experience

2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
