We are seeking an experienced Director of Transportation Operations to lead our fleet of 500+ power units servicing multiple facilities across Canada and the US.

This position plays a strategic role in the continuous growth of GP North America, offering diverse services in ground transportation, warehousing, and intermodal.

The ideal candidate will be a strong people leader, committed to process improvements and bottom-line results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to drive efficiency and profitability
  • Lead a team of logistics professionals to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in transportation operations leadership
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
