Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Canada Corporation. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service in our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish efficient methods to meet work schedules and ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies to maintain optimal inventory levels.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring adherence to quality control standards.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Prepare food order summaries for the chef to ensure accurate and timely food preparation.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of the establishment's culinary genres to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Supervise and check the assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys to ensure timely and accurate service.
  • Establish work schedules to ensure adequate staffing and efficient service delivery.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to work in a hot environment.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
