Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Bookkeeping Specialist to join our dynamic team at CB Canada. As a key member of our accounting department, you will be responsible for managing our financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our financial processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
  • Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers and journals
  • Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements
  • Perform financial analysis and provide recommendations for process improvements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless financial operations
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and clients
  • Stay up-to-date with changing financial regulations and industry best practices
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in financial software and systems
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in accounting or related field preferred
