Controller, Manufacturing Operations

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manufacturing Financial Controller to join our team at Medicom Inc. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for providing accurate and timely financial information to support business decisions.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain and manage internal financial controls, including cost control, variance analysis, and financial reporting.
- Prepare income statements, balance sheets, and financial reports to ensure compliance with corporate financial policies and government regulations.
- Develop and implement cost-saving initiatives to improve manufacturing efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address financial and operational issues.
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial reports and statements for management and external stakeholders.
- Oversee audits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting with CPA designation.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a manufacturing organization with cost accounting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bilingual in English and French.
