- Work effectively in a team environment to meet production deadlines
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Adhere to food safety and handling procedures
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to achieve quality and efficiency goals
- Pastry education or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of pastry making and dessert production
- Math skills for count-offs and measurements
- Written and spoken fluency in English
- Pastry school education
- RED SEAL certification through ITA
- Level 1 and Level 2 Food Safe certifications
This role requires the ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs safely and to stand for long periods of time. You must also be able to work in warm conditions around equipment that generate heat.
