About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Bilingual Associate Investment Counsel Support to join our team at Manulife Investment Management Limited. As a key member of our investment counsel support team, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional support to our investment counselors and clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with investment counselors to deliver high-quality client service and support.
  • Provide administrative support to investment counselors, including data entry, document preparation, and record-keeping.
  • Assist with client onboarding, including setting up new accounts and processing transactions.
  • Liaise with custodians and third-party providers to execute client requests in a timely manner.
  • Support the preparation of client reports and performance metrics.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and data.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field, such as investment counseling or financial services.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and provide exceptional customer service.
