About the Role

Héroux-Devtek is seeking a skilled Field Service Representative to join its Product Support Organization in St-Hubert. As a key member of our team, you will provide first-line support to customers, ensuring timely restoration of Landing Gear to airworthy condition.

Main Responsibilities
  • Perform technical analysis and repairs on aircraft Landing Gears at OEM or operator facilities.
  • Provide remote technical support, including written work instructions and requests for inspections to assess technical issues.
  • Train team members, customers, and operators on best practices, ensuring compliance with safety directives and environmental methodology.
  • Work within approved procedures and mandates issued by Héroux-Devtek's quality organization.
  • Identify and report airworthiness issues in line with quality system requirements.
  • Accomplish assigned tasks in accordance with TC/FAA/EASA and other airworthiness regulations.
  • Complete documentation in a timely, accurate, and comprehensive manner.
  • Perform incoming quality inspections of parts in the warehouse, as required.
  • Be available for on-call remote support services after business hours.
  • Perform other reasonable requests and improvement recommendations for the benefit of the business.
Requirements
  • Knowledge of Landing Gears maintenance and overhaul is strongly recommended.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of aerospace original equipment assembly, maintenance, repair, and overhaul, as well as conversance with original equipment design drawings and test schedules.
  • A valid passport, driver's license, and car.
  • Fluency in French and English, with the ability to read, write, and speak both languages.
  • Understanding of Unit Log Cards, requirements management, MRB data, and Life Limited Parts concept.
  • Computer literacy, with the ability to access software on or off-site to complete tasks and produce Certificates of Release, Form 1, and Visit Reports.
  • Availability to travel worldwide within short notice, during or outside normal business hours, as required.
