Remote Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Support Consultant to join our team at Alithya. As a Support Consultant, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day support to Oracle Cloud HCM clients with a focus on the HCM Talent Management modules.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide support to Oracle Cloud HCM clients with a focus on the HCM Talent Management modules, including Recruiting, Performance Management, Learning, and Help Desk.
  2. Support multiple clients from various industries using MS Teams and the Jira ticketing system.
  3. Remote postproduction support for live clients.
  4. Process support tickets and recommend enhancements.
  5. Optimize client processes on multiple platforms and for multiple products.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle consulting, with a focus on implementation or support. You should also have experience with Oracle Cloud HCM applications and the following Talent Management modules: Recruiting, Learning, and Performance Management/Goals.

In addition, you should have knowledge of the Core HR, Help Desk, Time and Labor, Absence Management, Benefits, Fast Formulas, and Reports (OTBI) modules. You should also be able to work with a team as well as independently, exhibit team spirit and a positive attitude, and demonstrate excellent multitasking, organizational, and communication skills.

Please note that an advanced level of English is required for this role, particularly to communicate with employees and managers outside of Quebec.
