About the Job
This is a part-time position that offers flexibility and variety in your schedule. You will be responsible for assessing the physical function and mobility of our residents, developing and implementing personalized care plans to improve their movement and function, and providing education to residents and their families on various aspects of rehabilitation and wellness.
You will also have the opportunity to participate in quality improvement initiatives and collaborate with our inter-professional healthcare team to achieve set resident goals and adjust care plans as needed. Your expertise and experience will be essential in ensuring that our residents receive high-quality care and support.
What We Offer
As a Physical Therapist with Extendicare Canada Inc., you can expect a competitive salary range of $ $83,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
