Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Marketing Specialist to join our team at MT Auto Inc. in a full-time position. This role will involve developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to drive sales and growth.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A strong understanding of marketing principles and practices is essential, as well as experience with MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales;
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions to optimize results;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels;
  • Manage and maintain social media presence, creating engaging content that resonates with target audiences;
  • Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities;
  • Prepare and present reports to senior management on marketing performance and campaign results;
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve marketing strategies and tactics;
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field;
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in an automotive industry setting;
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing effective marketing campaigns;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and make informed decisions;
