We are seeking a talented Structural Engineering Graduate to join our team at J.L. Richards & Associates Limited. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, collaborating with experienced engineers and designers to deliver high-quality solutions for our clients.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with senior engineers and designers to design and analyze a wide range of building structures and systems.
  • Collaborate with a dynamic team of architects, planners, engineers, and technologists to ensure project deadlines are met and client expectations are exceeded.
  • Analyze and design new building structures using industry-leading software, including the CSI suite and Altair.
  • Develop designs to modify existing structures and design additions and/or repairs.
  • Carry out studies, prepare reports, and develop design documents to support construction services.
  • Communicate ideas effectively through verbal and graphic presentations, utilizing a design process and collaboration model that includes a range of tools.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.
