Brock University is seeking a qualified instructor to teach MBAB 5P51, Introduction to Industrial Relations. This is a part-time position that requires a strong background in teaching quantitative research methods and experience in the study of Organizational Behaviour/Human Resources.
Responsibilities- Teach MBAB 5P51, Introduction to Industrial Relations
- Develop and deliver course materials, including lectures and assignments
- Evaluate student performance and provide feedback
- Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to curriculum development
- PhD in Business or related discipline
- Experience in teaching quantitative research methods
- Prior teaching and/or research experience in Organizational Behaviour/Human Resources
- Evidence of effective teaching experience at the undergraduate university level
Brock University offers a competitive compensation package, including a rate of $7 per half course and $14 per full course, effective September 1. Instructors are also responsible for the first hour of seminar/lab in each course.
