Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Facilities Manager to join our team at Assured Building Maintenance Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning and maintenance of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire and Train Staff

Recruit, train, and supervise a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.

Inspect and Coordinate

Regularly inspect our facilities to ensure they meet our high standards of cleanliness and safety, and coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Prepare Budgets and Estimates

Develop and manage budgets and cost estimates for cleaning and maintenance projects, ensuring we stay within our financial constraints.

Recommend Additional Services

Identify areas where additional services are required, such as painting or repairs, and recommend solutions to our management team.

Assist Cleaners

Provide support to our cleaning staff as needed, ensuring they have the resources and guidance to perform their duties efficiently.

Requirements
  • Education

A secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.

Experience

At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of cleaning and maintenance operations.

Language

Fluency in English is required.

Work Hours

40 hours per week, with flexibility to work varied shifts as needed.
