Job Title: Home Renovation Project Manager

VICTORY HOMES LTD. is seeking a skilled Home Renovation Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the renovation of homes from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and prepare work schedules to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Select and employ trade subcontractors and coordinate their activities to meet project requirements
  • Develop and manage budgets to ensure projects are completed within budget
  • Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers to support project needs
  • Develop and implement business plans to drive project success
  • Prepare estimates and bids for home construction, renovation, and restoration projects
  • Work with customers, architects, and engineers to ensure plans and specifications meet project requirements
  • Prepare and maintain a directory of supplies and trade contractors to support project needs
  • Ensure that construction permits are obtained and all necessary documentation is completed
  • Develop and implement health and safety plans to ensure a safe working environment
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure project success
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment
Work Environment:
  • Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Ability to work in a variety of locations, including construction sites and offices
  • May require occasional travel to meet with customers, architects, and engineers
Language:
  • English is the primary language of communication
Work Schedule:
  • 30 to 40 hours per week
