Job Title: Long Haul Truck Driver

Canada Inc. is seeking a skilled Long Haul Truck Driver to join our team. As a Long Haul Truck Driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods and materials across the country, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and drive straight or articulated trucks to transport goods and materials
  • Load and unload goods, ensuring accurate and efficient handling
  • Oversee the condition of the vehicle, inspecting tires, lights, brakes, cold storage, and other equipment
  • Perform brake adjustments, emergency roadside repairs, and preventive maintenance
  • Tarping and ensuring the safety and security of cargo
  • Transport and handle dangerous goods, adhering to strict regulations and guidelines
Requirements:
  • AZ class license
  • Air Brakes Endorsement
  • Air Brake (Z) Endorsement
  • Driver's License (Class 1 or A)
Work Environment:

As a Long Haul Truck Driver, you will be working on the road, often away from home for extended periods. You will be required to work overtime, handle heavy loads, and perform physically demanding tasks.
