Landscaping Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Landscaping Specialist to join our team at Sagar Property Management. As a key member of our grounds maintenance crew, you will play a vital role in ensuring the beauty and functionality of our properties.

This is a temporary position with an estimated salary of $45,000 per year, based on 44 hours of work per week. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work outdoors in various locations, including urban and rural areas, and will be responsible for maintaining landscapes, parks, and recreation sites.

• Assist with landscape constructions
• Weed, prune, and trim trees and plants
• Cut grass
• Rake and collect refuse
• Remove litter and garbage
• Cart and spread topsoil and other materials
• Lay sod or seed
• Apply fertilizers
• Repair and maintain equipment
• Water and tend to plants, lawns, and/or gardens
• Operate and maintain landscape maintenance equipment
• Clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas

To be considered for this position, you must have:

• No degree, certificate, or diploma
• Previous experience in landscaping or a related field
• A valid driver's license
• Availability to relocate for the position
