Mechanical Technician

CMC Mechanical Ltd is seeking a skilled Mechanical Technician to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance crew, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Tool and Equipment Management: Safely move and store tools, equipment, and other materials to maintain a well-organized workspace.
- Site Safety: Clearly communicate safety procedures to colleagues and the public, promoting a culture of safety and awareness.
- Team Support: Provide assistance to tradespeople, apprentices, and other workers as directed, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
- Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain clean machines and work areas, adhering to high standards of cleanliness and organization.
- Security Clearance: Possess basic security clearance and be willing to undergo a criminal record check.
- Physical Demands: Be able to perform physically demanding tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and crouching, in a combination of sitting and standing positions.
- Work Environment: Work under pressure and adapt to changing situations, demonstrating flexibility and reliability.
- Weight Handling: Safely handle weights up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
- Relocation Support: We cover relocation costs for the right candidate.
