About the Role

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Clinical Procurement Specialist to join our team at Innovaderm. As a Clinical Procurement Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and qualifying suppliers and vendors to meet our business needs and negotiating contracts and pricing for services and/or supplies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform vendor annual risk assessments and market research to identify potential suppliers and vendors.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing for services and/or supplies with qualified suppliers and vendors.
  • Monitor and adapt to changing global and economic conditions to maximize the value of vendor partnerships.
  • Collaborate with the Vendor Management Office (VMO) team to support robust service and quality outputs of Innovaderm vendors and suppliers.

Requirements

  • Progressive experience in a Biotechnology, pharmaceutical, and/or CRO industry with experience in contracting, procurement, and supply chain management.
  • Expertise in the end-to-end sourcing and contracting process, including RFI, RFP, contract negotiation, and management.
  • Ability to identify, mitigate, or control threats to the business.
  • Strong knowledge of emerging technologies and opportunities for workflow automation.
  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills, along with the proven ability to mediate and negotiate well.
