We are seeking a skilled speech language pathologist to join our team at Ridge Meadows Hospital. As a casual speech language pathologist, you will work closely with healthcare professionals to assess, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders in patients. Your expertise will be invaluable in helping us deliver high-quality care to our community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess patients' communication and swallowing abilities to identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based approaches
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop care plans and ensure continuity of care

Requirements
- Current registration with the College of Health and Care Professionals of BC including applicable College certification(s)
- Strong knowledge of communication and dysphagia standardized tests, measures, and equipment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
