About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Hotel Housekeeper to join our team at Parkland Motels I & II. As a Hotel Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our hotel rooms and public areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Room Cleaning: Ensure that all hotel rooms are cleaned and maintained to a high standard, including dusting, vacuuming, and polishing floors, as well as making beds and changing sheets.
  • Public Area Cleaning: Clean and maintain public areas, including the lobby, hallways, and common areas.
  • Laundry and Linen: Wash, dry, and fold laundry, as well as restock linen closets.
  • Lost and Found: Handle and report lost and found items.
  • Guest Services: Provide basic information on hotel facilities and amenities, as well as attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Perform basic maintenance and repair tasks, such as changing light bulbs and unclogging drains.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
