Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced ECG Technician to join our team of dedicated professionals in Diagnostic Imaging. This is a full-time position reporting to the Manager, Diagnostic Imaging.
The successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring that patients receive high-quality care in a caring and professional manner, adhering to hospital policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Perform diagnostic tests using ECG equipment and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A Secondary School Diploma and a Graduate of Cardiovascular Technologist Diploma Program
- Ontario Association of Cardiology Technologists (OACT) registration
- Current CPR Certification
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an ECG lab, including Holter application and scanning experience
- Demonstrated general computer skills and effective communication skills
