About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Healthcare Companion Professional to join our team at MY CARE COMPANION LTD. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in providing personalized support to patients in their homes or residential settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accompany patients on outdoor activities to promote social interaction and overall well-being
  • Perform various tasks related to patient care and comfort, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist with meal preparation and feeding patients as needed
  • Monitor patients' vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse
  • Support patients with exercise routines and provide guidance on proper body mechanics
Requirements
  • Degree of secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • First Aid Certificate and CPR training required
  • Criminal record check completed prior to start date
  • Able to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail
  • Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and more if necessary
Work Environment

You will work in a variety of locations, including home care and visiting care agencies, hospitals, and nursing homes. A valid driver's license is not required for this position.

Estimated Salary:
