At undisclosed, our Mid-Market Investment Banking division is a team of dedicated professionals who are passionate about helping clients achieve their financial goals.

We're a relationship-oriented bank that's dedicated to providing our clients with a full range of products and services. Our team has been serving the mid-market for over 30 years, making us one of the longest-serving investment banking teams in Canada.

Our Mission

  • To provide our clients with expert advice and guidance in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and capital raising.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of active merger, acquisition, divestiture, and capital raising advisory mandates.
  • Assist the team in the creation of marketing materials, including confidential information memorandums, management presentations, client proposals, pitch books, and marketing materials.
  • Support the analysis of the financial implications of proposals and assist in the due diligence process through to the close of a transaction.

Requirements

  • A degree in a business-related discipline, along with a professional designation (e.g. CPA, CBV, CFA).
  • Industry experience in investment banking, M&A transaction advisory, or due diligence support, private equity, or corporate development.
  • Technical skills in financial modeling & analysis, presentation/interactive skills, and computer skills working with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Bloomberg, and CapIQ.
  • Ability to work independently and on multiple files simultaneously, with a high degree of accuracy while adhering to tight deadlines.
