About the Role

HelloFresh is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and shipment of products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and unload incoming shipments, verifying accuracy and quality against packing slips and invoices.
  • Count and weigh items to verify information on shipment documents.
  • Label, tag, and store items in designated locations, adhering to food safety and inventory procedures.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and cycle counts, updating records in the warehouse management system.
  • Collaborate with the Production Management team to establish work priorities and optimize material flow.
  • Identify quality issues with incoming products and work with teams to ensure only the best products are accepted.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 50lbs.
  • Experience with standing for prolonged periods and regular bending, twisting, and walking.
  • Minimum 6 months to 1 year of warehouse experience in a food processing, manufacturing, or service industry.
  • Familiarity with MS Office and/or Google Apps and ability to learn new technologies.
  • Ability to communicate in English, both verbal and written.
  • Experience with inventory management and control.
