**About the Role:**

We're looking for a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service and support to our customers.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center environment using industry-leading technology.
  • Communicate with customers through phone, email, and chat channels.
  • Assist customers in navigating our website and online ordering system.
  • Become a product expert and provide accurate information on pricing, shipping, and product details.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Prior customer service experience is an asset, but we'll train you to deliver top-notch service to our customers.
