Customer Service Advocate

**About the Role:**
We're looking for a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service and support to our customers.
Main Responsibilities:
- Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center environment using industry-leading technology.
- Communicate with customers through phone, email, and chat channels.
- Assist customers in navigating our website and online ordering system.
- Become a product expert and provide accurate information on pricing, shipping, and product details.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Prior customer service experience is an asset, but we'll train you to deliver top-notch service to our customers.
