About the RoleWe are seeking a Registered Clinical Counsellor to provide high-quality counselling services to clients referred privately, by employers, by various insurance companies, and other third-party organizations. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will work collaboratively with psychologists, social workers, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to our clients.
Responsibilities- Provide goal-focussed, therapeutic counselling services to clients addressing psychosocial problems related to injury, trauma, and mental illness.
- Participate in interdisciplinary team conferences to discuss clients' treatment plans and goals, progress made, and any barriers to treatment.
- Deliver quality reporting and effective communication with all stakeholders.
- Master's degree in Counselling/Clinical Psychology from an accredited University.
- Registered with the BC Association of Clinical Counselors or the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Registered Clinical Counsellor.
- Experience in case conceptualization and treatment of a range of mental health symptoms with a variety of adult clients.
