Transportation Coordinator

As a Transportation Coordinator with our team, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and efficient delivery of merchandise to customers. You will also be required to examine the condition of merchandise at delivery or prior to accepting delivery, and to organize daily pick-up of customer cores, returns, and warranties without disrupting delivery efficiency.
The ideal candidate will have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record, as well as high interpersonal skills to develop and maintain working relationships. Additionally, they will be able to lift equipment up to 50 pounds and comply with electronic delivery principles and standards.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and completing orders for delivery
- Verifying invoices to ensure accuracy
- Assisting with picking parts for orders
- Examine the condition of merchandise at delivery or prior to accepting delivery
- Organizing daily pick-up of customer cores, returns, and warranties
- Accurately recording all deliveries and pickups
