Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Site Superintendent to join our team at James C Johnson Associates Inc. This is a challenging role that requires strong leadership and organizational skills to manage construction projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage subcontractor activities to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Evaluate daily operations and make adjustments as needed to meet project goals
  • Plan and organize daily operations, including reading blueprints and schemas
  • Direct the purchase of building materials and land acquisitions
  • Supervise a team of over 20 people, including contractors and staff in various areas of responsibility
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in construction management
  • Industrial, commercial, and institutional construction experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schemas
