Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Field Service Technician to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for conducting repairs and maintenance on commercial and residential barbecues and ovens, providing exceptional customer service, and managing company supplies and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain commercial and residential barbecues and ovens
  • Conduct repairs and maintenance on appliances
  • Manage and maintain company supplies and equipment
  • Provide exceptional customer service and experience
  • Upsell products and services
Requirements
  • Ability to perform physical labor and operate light equipment
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions
  • Technical skills to assess issues with appliances
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure
  • High attention to detail
