Retail Store Manager

Timio's Liquor Store is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our sales floor, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our store runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign Sales Workers to Duties: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, ensuring that they are aware of their responsibilities and are working efficiently.
- Order Merchandise: Place orders for merchandise and ensure that inventory levels are maintained at optimal levels.
- Authorize Return of Merchandise: Process returns and exchanges in a fair and timely manner.
- Sell Merchandise: Provide excellent customer service and ensure that sales targets are met.
- Prepare Reports: Compile and analyze sales data, inventory levels, and personnel matters to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Resolve Issues: Address customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may arise.
- Organize and Maintain Inventory: Ensure that inventory is accurately counted, stored, and rotated to minimize waste and maximize sales.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail environment.
- Work Setting: Retail business.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
- Personal Suitability: Accurate, client-focused, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, organized, reliable, team player, dependable, initiative, and ability to multitask.
