- Scheduling and Operations: Plan and manage the bakery's production schedule, including ordering supplies, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
- Customer Service and Relations: Foster strong relationships with customers, respond to their needs, and resolve any issues that may arise in a professional and courteous manner.
- Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and coach team members to improve their skills and productivity.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the receipt, storage, and issuance of ingredients, supplies, and equipment to ensure efficient use and minimize waste.
- Payroll and Administration: Manage payroll, benefits, and other administrative tasks related to employee management.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all products meet the highest standards of quality, taste, and presentation.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a bakery or related field
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week
- Accuracy: Meticulous attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
