About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Flooring Technician to join our team at Nexus Home renovations and construction corp. As a key member of our installation and maintenance crew, you will be responsible for ensuring that our flooring projects are completed to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine work requirements
  • Repair and service interior prefabricated products, including flooring installations
  • Determine layout and installation procedures to ensure seamless execution
  • Measure and mark guidelines for accurate installations
  • Maintain a well-stocked inventory of materials and supplies
  • Utilize hand and power tools to efficiently complete tasks
Work Environment

This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to handle heavy loads.

Salary Information

The estimated salary for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
