Sales Performance Strategist

We are seeking a highly analytical individual to join our dynamic and stimulating environment of sales programs and promotions strategy. As a Sales Performance Strategist, you will collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to influence and implement strategic decisions for the North American powersports division.

You will leverage your analytical skills to:

  • Analyze market data to identify key drivers of retail and wholesale performance.
  • Assess the competitive environment and positioning of our brands.
  • Develop course-correction plans to achieve retail objectives.
  • Execute promotional recommendations across all channels.
  • Identify growth opportunities for the organization and our dealer network.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or a relevant field.
  • Strong analytical and synthetic skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Self-motivation and initiative to quickly identify business needs.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage priorities.

We offer a comprehensive compensation package, including an estimated salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide:
