About the Role:This role will be responsible for working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to assist clients in returning to work and improving their quality of life. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in kinesiology, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to adapt to changing demands.
The successful candidate will supervise and support clients in exercise, stretching, and work simulation programs, handle administrative duties related to program operations, and coordinate maintenance of gym equipment. They will also conduct on-site job site visits and return-to-work planning, develop and monitor gradual return-to-work plans, communicate with referral sources, and participate in staff committees and special projects.
