Job Title: Child Caregiver

We are seeking a reliable and caring Child Caregiver to join our team at D'CONCEPCION. As a Child Caregiver, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and supervision to infants and children in a home-based setting.

Job Description:Responsibilities:
  • Provide physical and emotional care to infants and children, including feeding, bathing, and dressing.
  • Establish a safe and healthy environment in the home, including maintaining a clean and organized space.
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks to children.
  • Engage in activities that promote cognitive, social, and emotional development in children, such as reading, singing, and playing.
  • Maintain accurate records of daily activities, including meal times, sleep schedules, and any notable events or incidents.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers to ensure a smooth transition of care.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in childcare or a related field.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Physical ability to lift and carry children, as well as perform other physically demanding tasks.
