Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate service appointments and communicate repair recommendations to customers.
- Ensure all service work is completed efficiently and accurately.
- Collaborate with the service team to prioritize service orders and manage customer expectations.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and repair orders.
- Prepare invoices and process payments in a timely manner.
- Previous experience as a service advisor or in a related customer service role within the automotive or heavy-duty truck industry.
- Strong knowledge of heavy-duty truck mechanics, including engines, transmissions, and electrical systems.
