At RhynoCare, we are seeking highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurses to join our team in the Amherstview-area.

About the Role

This is a full-time position with consistent hours and a set schedule. As a Registered Nurse at RhynoCare, you will provide exceptional nursing care to our residents, ensuring their physical, psychological, emotional, spiritual, cultural, and social needs are met.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • To deliver high-quality nursing care in accordance with established policies, physician's orders, and within the scope of practice of an RN.
  • To utilize sound nursing practices to ensure excellent nursing and personal care in the assigned home area(s).
  • To facilitate timely and accessible admissions for residents, including comprehensive orientations to the home and its services.
  • To ensure resident transfers and discharges are safe and efficient.
  • To maintain control and safekeeping of drugs and narcotics, adhering to protocols on all assigned shifts.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor of Science – Nursing (BScN), Bachelor of Nursing (BN), or equivalent, as well as current registration as a Registered Nurse with the College of Nurses. A valid First Aid and CPR Certificate, Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification, and strong written and verbal English communication skills are also essential.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of $75,000 - $95,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition, you will receive benefits, including medical coverage, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.

Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science – Nursing (BScN), Bachelor of Nursing (BN), or equivalent.
  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the College of Nurses.
  • Valid First Aid and CPR Certificate.
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Knowledge of relevant Federal, Provincial, and Municipal Statues influencing long-term care operations.

All staff are required to provide proof of vaccination, adhere to COVID-19 prevention protocols, and wear a mask at all times.
