Job Overview

NuBinary is seeking a Senior Technology Director / Full-Stack Software Engineering Lead for a full-time hybrid position with flexibility for remote work.

As a Technology Director at NuBinary, you will engage with various companies across multiple industries, gaining exposure to cutting-edge technologies and a wealth of learning opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Designing software architecture
  • Translating client business requirements into product features
  • Leading technical teams
  • Overseeing and contributing to software development projects
  • Coaching and mentoring other software development team members

We work with a diverse range of technology stacks, with many of our Minimum Viable Product projects implemented in Ruby on Rails and React.

Prior experience with these frameworks is highly desirable.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Ruby on Rails or similar Model-View-Controller frameworks such as Django or similar frameworks
  • Experience with relational/SQL databases
  • Fluency in Git and software life cycle management
  • Demonstrated experience as a team lead or technical lead
  • Proficiency in full-stack software development
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • Previous experience in tech startup environments is a plus

Compensation

$110,000 to $150,000 per year plus stock options
