Lock Search Group is seeking a Medical Science Liaison Manager to join their global Pharmaceutical team.

About the Role

This position provides strategic direction, ensuring the MSL team effectively gathers and communicates scientific insights to internal stakeholders. You will collaborate closely with the Medical Director to shape and implement medical strategies, support clinical studies, and drive key initiatives aligned with the organization's medical affairs objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, develop, and manage a regional team of MSLs, providing guidance, coaching, and performance assessment.
  • Oversee MSL activities, ensuring alignment with medical and business strategies.
  • Serve as a field-based scientific leader within the assigned therapeutic area(s), working closely with medical colleagues.
  • Foster compliant and effective collaboration with cross-functional and alliance leadership teams.
Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Advanced scientific degree (MD, PhD, PharmD) with 8+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech industry experience.
  • Experience managing field-based medical teams, with a proven track record of leadership and performance.
  • Strong scientific expertise and pharmaceutical industry knowledge; experience in Neurology and Psychiatry an asset.
