Rental Counter Representative Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Rental Counter Representative to join our team at Ron's Equipment Rental & Industrial Supply. As a key member of our rental operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing rental agreements, and ensuring a smooth rental experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Rental Agreement Processing: Process rental agreements, ensuring all necessary information is accurate and complete.
  • Rental Equipment Management: Manage rental equipment, including inspecting, maintaining, and returning equipment to inventory.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless rental operations.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
