Heating and Air Conditioning Technician Assistant

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Heating and Air Conditioning Mechanic Helper to join our team at 11256084 CANADA INC.
Job Description:This is a permanent position with a work term of 30 to 45 hours per week. The successful candidate will be working in an urban area, rural area, or remote location, and will be required to work outdoors, at heights, in confined spaces, and in noisy, dusty, cold, and hot environments.
Key Responsibilities:- Move tools, equipment, and other materials as needed.
- Signal safety procedures to other workers and the general public.
- Assist tradespersons, apprentices, and other workers as directed.
- Clean machines and immediate work areas.
- No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience is preferred.
- Physically demanding work is expected, requiring manual dexterity and the ability to bend, crouch, and kneel.
- Mentorship programs that pair newcomers and/or refugees with experienced employees.
- Mentorship, coaching, and/or networking opportunities for youth.
- Mentorship, coaching, and/or networking opportunities for Indigenous workers.
The work language is English.
