We are seeking an experienced Electronics Assembler to join our team at KT PHOTONICS INC. in a precision component assembly role. The successful candidate will have a strong background in electronics assembly and a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities- Assemble microcircuits requiring fine hand assembly, the use of microscopes, and adherence to cleanroom procedures.
- Install, mount, fasten, align, and adjust parts, components, wiring, and harnesses to subassemblies and assemblies using hand and small power tools.
- Inspect electronic components and assemblies to ensure adherence to specified requirements.
- Collect, record, and summarize inspection results.
- Identify and mark acceptable and defective assemblies.
- Perform simple electrical and continuity testing of electronic components, parts, and systems.
- Set up and operate automatic testing equipment to locate circuit and wiring faults, shorts, and component defects.
- Conduct life tests (burn-ins) on components, subassemblies, and assemblies.
- Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in electronics assembly.
- Hand-eye co-ordination, attention to detail, and manual dexterity.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks.
- Health care plan and permanent employment.
- 40 hours per week, English language, and clean work site environment.
