We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Stock Associate to join our team in Vancouver. As a Stock Associate, you will play a critical role in maintaining a well-organized and efficient stockroom, ensuring that our stores are always fully stocked and ready for customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Receive and process shipments, including unpacking and stocking merchandise.
- Maintain a clean and organized stockroom, adhering to visual and operational standards.
- Assist with daily store operations, including ringing up sales, providing excellent customer service, and supporting the sales floor team.
- Use new technology and systems to service customers and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Communicate effectively with store leaders and retail partners to ensure seamless operations.
- Perform other related duties and assignments as required.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1-2 years of sales and/or stock experience required.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Excel, as well as any system/technology specific to Eileen Fisher.
- Outstanding organizational skills, ability to handle multiple tasks, and strong time management skills.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and work in a fast-paced environment.
